Once I arrived to pick-up my vehicle, it was unclear as to how and where you were supposed to close the invoice process and get my keys. The only available service coordinator was on the phone and people did not know who to approach. There is no designated service desk labelled accordingly. People came into the service area and cut in front of others who had been waiting for someone to approach them to close out their service claims. It was due to the lack of a designated service desk and signage to direct people accordingly. My service was done in a timely manner and according to the service writer I spoke with the day before. However, the front-end alignment appears OK ("within specs" per my service writer but "at the limit of the alignment capabilities"), but it still drifts slightly to the right. I will call and discuss with my service writer. Overall, I'm please with the service I've received at the AutoHaus, but more is needed to streamline the closing process.
