I brought my SL500 in for the 75,000 mile service, and during the service I was informed a strut need replacement. The service department was able to supply me with a vehicle, without charge, until my SL was repaired. During the repair I was informed that the connection to the high pressure line to the strut was frozen. This required replacement. The service department worked with me, and kept me informed. I had the 'loaner' car for a day and a half. Both service department employees, Eric (my main contact), and Kellen were very professional. I drive out of my way to Auto Haus because of the professionalism, of all of the staff.
