The technicians at Atlantic Motor Car were thorough and knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and fix my Mercedes Benz. They found a solution that had eluded previous mechanics. It's comforting to know that the repairs are done right and are warranteed. The best thing about getting my car fixed at Atlantic Motor Car is dealing with their staff. These folks are friendly, they go to great lengths to make the whole repair process as easy as possible, and they provide a loaner car when needed. I'm happy to recommend Atlantic Motor Car to anyone in the midcoast area.

As always, my visit yesterday for period maintenance and to have the A/C checked was excellent. The service was professional, the staff took great care to understand the nature of the problem with the A/C and to thoroughly test the operation of the system, the car was ready when promised, the cost was fair and reasonable and the staff was polite, friendly and informed. There's a good reason I keep coming back and recommend AMC to others.

The utmost in professionalism by Rick & Pat in an industry that is very often lacking in that area. Up front, helpful with observations, suggestions and helpful hints. Definitely a glowing example of "White Glove" service from the time one walks through the door, to a visit to the shop for a conversation with the Tech, to delivery of the vehicle back to me in Cumberland. My 2002 Mercedes limited edition SL500 will not be going to any other shop.

During the winter we go to a dealership elsewhere for service and repairs. Compared to you guys it is night and day. Down there they are out for the money, Up here you guys are out for the best job at the lowest cost to the client.

One example: a headlight lens assembly was clouded over by years of wear; they wanted to sell us a new one, you buffed the old one, which now is as clear as new.
