The only reason I did not give a 5 is because I just do not like going to dentists.... Anyway, I found all staff to be friendly and efficient.

Except for a long wait at PM return, it was a very pleasant visit. The Dental Hygienist and Dr. Solaris gave me a thorough exam and good understanding of my medical condition.

I would return.

My initial appointment was fine. I just need to have a cleaning but had to go through the consultation process. My only disappointment was that I could no schedule a cleaning that works with my schedule for 6 months out. I have to find another dentist that can accommodate my schedule.

Contracted a tooth ache on Christmas and waited till Tuesday to make an appointment. Arrived on time for my appointment in a great deal of pain. Waited in the chair for 1 hour for dentist. Dentist looked at Xray and said she couldn't do anything today. She left and said she'd meet me in the front. I went to the front and noticed she was busy socializing with friends in a closed office. They finally left. She wrote a prescription for pain and antibiotic. Left office extremely disappointed in the service and the dentist.

I coulden't find a dentist that would either give me funny gas or put me to sleep for one tooth i must say it was a little expensive but it was well worth it i didn't feel any pain and i'm very terrified of dentist i would most deff recomend aspen dental even on my first visit they were great very friendly staff and dentist .

I went in as an emergency case. My tooth was really giving me pain. I sat in the chair for 2 hours before they started to work on me. after a lot of pain my tooth was removed. I then was informed that i owed $195 dollars even though my insurance fully covered the proceedure.After getting the insurance straightened out I walked to the parking lot and spit out the gauze only to find that they pulled the wrong tooth out.I then went back in and informed them of their mistake. They were defensive towards me and told me that this tooth was also bad and would have needed to be removed in the future.I finally got them to remove the problem tooth, after again a lot of pain.4 hours in the chair and missing an extra tooth, not a pleasent experience. Oh, they offered to pay for the proceedure that is allready covered by my insurance.

Dr Sourial was the best. I like the way everyone made me feel at easy, even when it is so hard to relax. I had to have extensive work done but she and Liz worked well together to made me relax. I am very happy to have found your office. I have been talking you up to everyone! Thanks again!

I am tired of going tothe Aspen practice only to be told I need to go somewhere else. If I need a specailist them you as my primary provider should assit me in making an appointment with said specialist or at least give me a list of potential proviers in my area. Telling me to go see an endfo what ever does me no good.
