Overall a nice visit. The colorist was very messy with the color. Had to wash quite a bit out of my ears when I got home.

The person who did my highlights did not do a very good job- when she washed the dye out my hair looked like I needed a root job and like I had gotten the highlights weeks ago instead of that day. I had to complain before she addressed the issue and she only fixed the highlights I directly complained about. I still have highlights all over my head that look like they have grown out weeks ago instead of being freshly done. I'm getting married next week and I am very disappointed in the service I received. I would not recommend Asha for getting highlights put in, they don't do a very good job.

The good part of this experience was the very good technicians that supplied the facial, massage, and pedicures. My daughters said they were very good. I speak only for my pedicure experience which was very good.

The process of arranging this spa party was NOT good. I spoke with Deb three times to arrange this and evidently this was not passed down to the front desk people. They knew nothing of it. NO table was ready as I was told it would be and I was even asked what color tablecloth I would like. I responded green and the cloth on the table was gold. Not a big thing but irritating.

I was also not informed that this was a unisex salon. Seeing a man taking a shower even though it was

frosted glass is NOT appropriate. Very surprising however. Having a man walk into the dressing room area while my daughter was sitting in a robe with a portion of the body partly exposed was disturbing also. I supplied a lunch for the party and the leftover sandwiches were placed in the spa refrigerator and were going to be taken home. They were forgotten. I received no telephone calls regarding this and went to pick them up the next day only to discover they'd been eaten. A telephone call to me stating that they were there would have been professional and nice. So I fed the staff and paid for it too. Shame on them.

Average. Spa was nice, co-ed, shower is randomly placed, although nice, both men and women are using, provides little privacy. Services were good. Although my massage therapist was a smoker and smelled it on her. Not well organized for larger groups 4+

The service received was great. Pleasantly surprised with the use of the courtesy vehicle. Didn't expect that I was just going to get an estimate and return later to get repairs done. I did notice on my next oil change sticker it didn't list the mileage when I need to get an oil change. I don't remember if it's 2K, or 3K miles. And also they forgot to return my license but did receive a courtesy call from the owner that it was left in the printer along with an apology. My sister Brenda Garza goes there and she recommended me to your place of business.
