The spa was beautiful. I love the decor and the quiet. The secure and private changing rooms were awesome. The staff was attentive. My only complaint is with the pedicure station. The couch is uncomfortable. It makes it difficult to prop your feet up for the polish. My only other issue was how cold the mani/pedi area is. I came in December and the air was on full blast. I did enjoy the water and tea service. I was however surprised that no one asked me if I wanted to schedule another service or even mention to me the $59 spa program. I assume getting repeat business is needed. I had a groupon, so I don't know if she assumed that I would not be back. My home spa is closing and my friends and I are looking for a new location. I was recommending this location. But I'm honestly turned off by the fact that no one asked for my repeat business. I will likely be back, but it's still disappointing.
