The staff here is all excellent as far as the services go (I've had haircuts, color, mani/pedi and spa services). However, twice now I've not been taken for my appointments until 20 minutes or more past my appointment time. The first time it seemed like they just forgot I was there. That was bad enough but the second time, it seemed that a client who missed her time slot was taken before me (I was 15 minutes early for my appointment as they suggest), resulting in me being taken 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Both times I mentioned this at checkout and the price of my service was adjusted, which was a nice gesture in service recovery. But I'm starting to feel as if I can't count on being accommodated within a reasonable window of my appointment time. I love Asha, but I don't live close and I have to arrange childcare to go here. It's a shame and I hope that this doesn't continue to be an issue.
