I recently received an email for a discount on services, so decided to book a facial and massage for this past Saturday. It had been a year or so since I had visited Asha and my last experience was a decent one.
This time around both services were great! Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk was disappointing and blemished (excuse the pun) my experience. When I showed the print out of the email concerning the discount, no one could figure out how to enter it. The manager was called over and gave me the incorrect discount. When I pointed it out, she was rude and short with me...telling me a discount is a discount and it shouldn't matter what it is. It's not worth noting all the snippy comments that came from behind that desk, I'm just surprised that their attitude was the opposite of what I experienced in the spa. Too bad I can't check in and pay online and avoid them all together.
