Though the products themself were good, I spent $135 on the Self Renewal Face & Body Facial and was shocked at my Estheticians lack of attention to detail (I was left with a lot of mask left on my face) and VERY dissapointed in the "massage" aspect of this facial. If you charge someone that much for an experience that is meant to "encourage deep relaxation" you should make sure the person providing the experience knows how to do more then apply a mask. I have had many facials, and chose to come to your salon due to location and that you offer Aveda products. I have a groupon, so will be back for that, but feel my time and money was wasted on this lack luster experience.

First, the online appointment booking was not accurate: did not show that m yesthetician was not available on my preferred day. So I saw a different one than my normal wonderful Erin, and never again. The brazillian took almost an hour, was painful, and not very complete: had to come home and pluck and shave. She didn't show me her work when she was done, lest I would have asked that she finish the job. The salon itself is nice, but to the girls at the counter: "have a nice day" is not equivalent to saying "THANK YOU." Learn this, businesses.

Asha was nice, very clean nice layout and I love Aveda products. I had my hair colored, the stylist seemed to know what she was doing but didnt seem to really listen and my hair ended up not how I wanted it. I have dark hair and you can't even tell there are highlights in it. Moreover, the staff overall was not very friendly, they didn't know how to apply coupon codes, had trouble with appointments, and weren't very nice. The attitude of the employees alone will make me not go back.

I wasn't happy with my experience at Asha. The salon called me the morning of my appointment and told me they needed to push back my appointment time by an hour because the stylist I was scheduled with was running late on her appointments for the day. I could not push my appointment back because I had somewhere to be later in the day. They were not accommodating and told me my only option was to cancel my scheduled color and just get the hair cut and style. I really needed my hair cut and styled for that evening, so I agreed. Jennifer cut my hair and the cut looks great. But I was scheduled to have my hair styled as well and didn't receive that service. She did blow dry and give a little wave with the flat iron, but I needed my hair fully styled. It was frustrating that I had scheduled an appointment in advance and didn't receive all the services I wanted.

I recently received an email for a discount on services, so decided to book a facial and massage for this past Saturday. It had been a year or so since I had visited Asha and my last experience was a decent one.
This time around both services were great! Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk was disappointing and blemished (excuse the pun) my experience. When I showed the print out of the email concerning the discount, no one could figure out how to enter it. The manager was called over and gave me the incorrect discount. When I pointed it out, she was rude and short with me...telling me a discount is a discount and it shouldn't matter what it is. It's not worth noting all the snippy comments that came from behind that desk, I'm just surprised that their attitude was the opposite of what I experienced in the spa. Too bad I can't check in and pay online and avoid them all together.

The least professional health practice I have ever experienced. They called to reschedule my appt for the convenience of my doctor, then when I arrived, the office was closed. When they finally opened, I was informed that my doctor was not available and I would have to wait to be seen by another provider who knew nothing about my case. I should have been informed in advance about this change and given options for continuing care or transferring to another practice.read more …

Growing Smiles
Everyone is very nice and very kid oriented. I recently took three kids for a first dental visit. My son was screaming before we left the house that he did not want to go. He saw the toys in the lobby and relaxed. He completely relaxed and was even smiling during his appointment when the dentist took time to ask him questions and let him make some of the decisions.
