I want to be able to pay my co-pay at the end of the appointment. Not only waiting for a bill in the mail is a hassle, it creates paper waste, the potential to get lost, and is not my preferred way of paying (sending check or my card number in the mail).
Please figure out how we can do our co-pays at the office.
Once I received my bill in the mail, I tried paying online....the bill was not to be found, no account balance, no past appointment, nothing appeared that I owed anything in the online portal. I called the number....no answer and no call back from the message I left. I had to call a second time to verify I had a balance owed and to pay my bill.
The appointment and people who work at the center have been great! The lack of opportunity to pay the co-pay at the location is frustrating.
