I won't be returning. The NP that saw me was rude and condescending and was unable to answer my questions about the critical procedures they were attempting to schedule me for. I'm sorry but if you are going to put needles in my neck you better know the answers, risks, and other info about the procedures.

Doctor Edward Smith is a wonderful, caring, effective doctor who has helped me a lot . Doctor Clark has helped my problems as well.

My time is just as valuable as the staff at Arrowhead Health Centers. NOT happy with the lack of service. Left after sitting with no feedback when Linda would do the biopsy. Crystal came to do a blood draw, but left. She did not seem confident when I told her I was a difficult draw due to many sticks from cancer.

Dr Smith , after 2 visits relieved my neuropathy 50%. Dr Clark knew just what I needed. The rehab section helped alot.

My initial visit to the Scottsdale Arrowhead Health Center was very positive. The staff friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I look forward to starting my Arthritis treatments.

It seemed they were having a very bad day. The office manager did her best. My doctor seemed at the end of her chain and quite upset about everything. the machine used for the testing was not working or calibrated properly so my pre employment screening was giving back bad information...I was initially told I had high glucose levels in my urine which meant I had kidney failure, was diabetic or pregnant, (I'm a guy), but definitely meant that I could not pass the screening for my new job. I waited another hour after that to be told I had to go to another lab because their machine has been giving bad readings for a couple days and needed to be calibrated. I spent half the day the following day running from lab to lab as they didn't specify which one I needed to go to and not every lab did what I needed done. It would've been nice if they could have refered me too an appropriate lab. everyone was polite but just seemed incompetent.....thank God I didn't have to have any blood drawn and somebody please give that Dr. a vacation.

No, you are not the only skin care in Arizona to have RF-CSR. However, you are the only ones who know how to use it properly!! I had it at another spa in Phoenix and I had to wait a month for results and I was left with small bloody triangular shaped stamps on my face for 2 days. The girl obviously pressed too hard. At International Skin Care I had Annette who was a pro. She was very gentle and took her time. My whole face and chin where done as opposed to below my eyebrows and to my chin line at the other place. Annette cooled me off after the procedure and put ointment on my face. I was never uncomfortable and I saw results right away!!! I am soooo pleased! The price was much better as was the atmosphere. I would recommend to all my friends. Annette is truly super!!
