I had to go to ER last night to stop the bleeding. Since I am on plavix, I feel the biopsies should not have been done until I had stopped the use of plavix for a period of time.

The visit was good. I just haven't received any information on the tests I took. Also I went on line to check for results and even the last visit wasn't on there.

Dr. Charles Clark is an excellent chiropractor...very knowledgeable. His staff is

outstanding and has been very helpful to me. Unfortunately, I am changing my

primary care to another practice. After 3 attempts, including errors, to get complete reports on

bloodwork, I still do not have a thorough report. The third time I was actually sent to an outside

lab. During this time, I asked Linda Farris twice to call me for an explanation of what went

wrong. As of this date, I have had no call. I can no longer feel confident about my personal

healthcare. I would continue to see Dr. Clark and Jenni Smith for my pain issues.

I was disappointed that I had to make two separate appointments for "consultation" and to be charged for both appointments. I was told by setting an appointment to come in, I would have a thorough consultation with the doctor. First the doctor I was supposed to see based on the appointment wasn't scheduled. Another doctor was scheduled. Second, the doctor I did see was brief, and matter of fact. He was simply selling me on the "system". For the amount of money required from me to participate, I would expect a much better process of evaluation. As a side note the place they sent me to for x-rays is very possibly the worst run medical facility I've every used. Horrible. I waited over 2 hours, in the middle of my workday for an X-ray. Apparently my "file" was misplaced. And the medical assistant up front was rude and inconsiderate. For my return visit to pick up my copies of the x-rays, they didn't even have my request, let alone have the items ready for picked, as promised. So if this place is used by Arrowhead, what does that say about Arrowhead?

I had blood work done 10 days ago, and I called 3 days ago to get someone to call me back re: what the report states on these tests. WHY DOSEN'T ANYONE EVER CALL ME BACK? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I'M NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER ANYMORE.
