Waited 45 minutes to see doctor.

I want to be able to pay my co-pay at the end of the appointment. Not only waiting for a bill in the mail is a hassle, it creates paper waste, the potential to get lost, and is not my preferred way of paying (sending check or my card number in the mail).

Please figure out how we can do our co-pays at the office.

Once I received my bill in the mail, I tried paying online....the bill was not to be found, no account balance, no past appointment, nothing appeared that I owed anything in the online portal. I called the number....no answer and no call back from the message I left. I had to call a second time to verify I had a balance owed and to pay my bill.

The appointment and people who work at the center have been great! The lack of opportunity to pay the co-pay at the location is frustrating.

The staff has always been more than willing to assist with whatever my needs maybe at the time of my visit to Dr. Sethi and or medical records etc. I have great respect for Dr. Sethi and her care for me. Dr. Sethi treats my whole family. Son and daugher-inlaw who are both Nurses - their daughter & my sister.

I met with Jessica Nystrom and felt like I had her full attention and wasn't just another patient. She is excellent. In fact, I was very pleased with all the personnel I came in contact with.

I called you people numerous times in a 2 week period requesting info on a prescribed med,and never received a return call! then I requested a refill to get me through till surgery on 23 of May. again calls never returned. after a week I was finally able to talk to Dr. Crooks aide, I was told on 2 different days it was called into express scripts. after talking direct to express scripts it was not received finally after 5 days it was finally received. Arrowhead has the WORST patient follow-up or return call ever. requested to speak to Dr. Crook or assistant Genny was told they do not return calls! I have never heard of a Doctor not returning a call to a patient,this happenened after a nerve ablation done nov.30 2015. JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE,I will never use arrow head again!

My experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My doctor was a wonderful listener and really addressed my concerns.

I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes or longer. Nobody seemed to care at this point. When I was finally got called back I mentioned that it was quite a long wait. The MA said in a rude way, "Well, it IS a doctors office" and didn't say anything like I'm sorry about that or yeah, we are running a little behind. I just thought it was rude. Especially when the tv in the waiting room says to let someone know if you've been waiting over 15 minutes. Why say anything if nobody cares?!?
