I called at least 6 weeks ago for a replacement pair of glasses still haven't received a call that they are ready.

Myjaiona, we completely understand the frustration at the amount of time you have had to wait for the replacement glasses. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the insurance company, and the policies and procedures that we must follow to acquire a prior authorization for a pair of replacement glasses. We did submit the request the day that you were here. We apologize for your inconvenience.
