Very disappointed in the massage I received yesterday. When I booked the appointment I requested a certain therapist that did deep tissue. The recepcionist confirmed, 1 1/2 hr deep tissue hot stone. I never said I want't hot stone and I told her I didn't want that. I arrived 10 min early, only to be taken to the room 10 minutes after my appointment time. The therapist either didn't feel well or was having a bad day. She didn't greet me or tell me her name. She asked me if I had areas that i needed more work and I told her yes my neck and shoulders. I asked her several times to go deeper since she was literally just rubbing lotion on me. She said ok but then never changed pressure. She sat on a stool for nearly the entire massage! you can't do deep pressure sitting down! I was trying to relax but I was getting more and more anxious because I was not getting the service I asked for. Finally when the massage was over she told me to get up when I was ready, then disappeared. I left there more stressed and my neck in more pain than when I arrived. $155 later, I was out the door! Will not go back for a massage ever again!

My first hot stone and it was divine!!! Only problem, it relaxed me so much, I was in a stupor the rest of the evening. Fell asleep in recliner and miss Dallas!!! But...I will have another one...soon!!! Lanae is THE BEST!!!!!

I always enjoy my time spent at Aqua. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful way to feel pampered.

I didn't give Lacey much to work with, but she made my toes look great. She made sure the water was comfortable and was never rough or sloppy. I definitely recommend her.

Karen is gifted at her job and I here never wanted to have a facial with any one else since I had my first with her. I like to come in the morning which make the showers with the AVEDA products after he service another treat which allows me to go out into the world refreshed, relaxed and smelling lovely!

I have been haveing some very bad pain in my upper back, in between my shoulders. I came in for a deep tissue massage and it did wonders for me, afterward I had a nice hot shower and the drive home was very pleasant I wasn't at all tensed up, when I got home I took a long nap, looking forward to my next visit
