Dr Anne is very kind and prompt; Shannon did agreat job cleaning my teeth and explaining some things I knew very little about in such a simple way that I understood it.

The office is clean, personnel are courteous and helpful and they respect my wishes to avoid X-ray exposure. his is very important to me .

Everything was fine on my visit. The entire staff are nice and friendly. Even the numbing in prep was painless. I especially like the music in the office. It seems to soothe the thought of having dental work done. :)

I liked Kristin very much. She was sensitive to my issue with tight and overlapping teeth and was not "brutal", as some hygienists have been by trying to force instruments through unyielding teeth! I appreciated her concern and gentleness. I also liked that Kristin did not keep asking me conversational questions while my mouth was open during her procedures. Some hygienists, in trying to be friendly, do try to have conversations with the patient who is not in a position to talk!

I appreciated having Dr. Johnston examine my mouth before the cleaning, so I did not have to wait a long time for her to finish with other procedures before doing so.

Tracy is a wonderful hygenist. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and is professional in her handling of patients. I was very satisfied with my cleaning and the staff at Dr. Johnston's office.
