I did not get the impression that the clinician or the assistants were familiar/comfortable with working with young children as patients. Scheduling was a bit of a hassle as well as sorting out insurance and billing with the front desk. Further, the reason I initially called was to schedule a (supposedly) free infant appointment through the Infant See program. When all was said and done they still billed and charged for the infant appointment. Not impressed! Next time I plan to seek out a true pediatric clinic.
