After reading several reviews I was expecting the opportunity of talking with the mechanic (expecting great customer service). I waited one week to see him and once I was there (1st appointment) I told him what I wanted done. He acknowledged the appointment, asking me if I was going to wait and then proceeded to service the car. The receptionist was kind and friendly offering desperately needed coffee. As it was an oil change only, the mechanic did not find it necessary to speak to me about it. I waited, but to my surprise the bill was over $130!. After reviewing the bill I found he used full synethetic oil. Which would not have been a problem if discussed; however, he said nothing until I received the bill. I did have a $25 coupon which was applied. I think what was disappointing was not the service, but the lack of interraction and customer dismissal of any consideration for what I may have wanted. It was truly disappointing.
