My experience (except for the bill) was superior. I am so happy that I have found a neighborhood auto place that I can trust and that is so super friendly and customer savy. The entire team at Accurate was very interested in making sure my automobile was taken care properly and prompt.

They identified the brake issues and recommended new parts and noted they could order the parts and have ready to go within 5 hours. They provided a free ride to my home and also came back to pick me up at my home when the car was ready.

Did a lot of work in a short time for very good price. When they replaced the belt, I wish they had replaced the pulley wheel also. Now have chirping when I come to stop signs and lights.

My only two suggestions are: Would be beneficial to receive a detailed receipt after appointment. The girl at the counter tries to explain what she has done with payment and points. It sounds like: 1) she may/may not be using my Brilliant Distinction points she redeemed 2) she rolled over points/units for next time. Both seem more like a gimmick for yet another visit & charge than a customer service tactic. Second suggestion would be more customer aware front staff. I was early for my app. so didn't mind the wait. Waiting room furniture & decor is pleasant however the front staff were having a loud conversation concerning personal, private medical issues. There's coffee and drinks but never offered. I was the only patient in the room.... Botox is a simple and easy procedure took maybe 1 min. very quick.
