First time to service my vehicle with Accurate Auto Center. They were straight-forward and honest from the moment I walked into the door to when I checked out. My vehicle had previously been in the dealership with "recommended" changes, and Accurate's 22 point inspection was consistent with the dealership recommendations. Pricing was comparable (higher on some estimates, lower on others); however, I appreciated the honest and timely communication. I was never left wondering the status of my vehicle, as I have with other repair shops, as I received three phone calls to keep me apprised at all times. I hope my vehicle does not need more repairs, but if so, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
