I have to be honest Eugene. I reminded the shop - again - to NOT check the air filter and especially the interior cabin filter (it was even documented on the service order), yet once again the technician opened my glove box (probably to check the interior cabin filter) and didn't return it the way they found it! They apparently don't know how to which is one reason I ask that it not be checked. There's a piston that assists with opening and closing the glove box and I always have to reinstall it "properly" once I get the car home. Often times I find it connected on one end but not the other. I would appreciate your service more if I knew the technician(s) were actually paying attention to the service order and following the instructions given. It's not a huge deal; it's the principle behind it all. It's a pain to reinstall the piston and one reason why I ask that it not be checked. Another reason is I purchase my own air and cabin filters and replace them in time. I would appreciate it if you would instruct your technicians to follow the customers' requests. Thank you!
