Three weeks they had my partial to add some teeth onto so that it would be ready when I came in to have to teeth pulled by the Oral Surgeon. No notification that it wasn't ready, BUT because this is not my first rodeo with this scenario and this office, I call ahead the day before my appointment to make sure it is there. Big surprise it is not, but I am told it should be there that afternoon, I asked to be called either way to see if I need to cancel with the oral surgeon and reschedule. Did I get a phone call, (oh hang on, here is the surprise) NOPE, I had to call myself the next morning (morning of appointment). Now you ask why do I still go there, because the Dentist that I see Dr. Bath, is awesome, she is a very kind, considerate, and gentle dentist. It is not her fault nor her responsibility to see to that things are there when they are suppose to be, there is a staff of people that that is thier job. I can not blame her for someone else's incompetence. Whom ever is responsible to see to it that everything that the Dr. and patient needs are there on the day of the appointment needs to step it up. I would recommend Dr. Bath to anyone but be prepared you have to have patience with the incompetence. And the worst of it is the office staff is always very kind and helpful as well. But it is not right when they know it is not there and yet let the patient take the time off of work only to get there and not be able to do what is needed and now has to take additional time off to have completed what should have been done on the original visit. I would not be so annoyed if this was the first time that this has happened. I would like very much to be able to bill them for my time that they wasted, when a phone call from them to reschedule would be all that is needed instead of waiting until you show up. No Cool and Very frustrating!!!
