The Staff is SOOO friendly - from the receptionist to the Dentist. They convey a feeling of truly caring for me - not just as another patient, but as a person. They are extremely gentle, and are always concerned for my comfort level. I highly recommend them!

I was in a lot of pain and they got me in right away and I didnt have to weight long in the waiting room. I had a root canal done and felt no pain during my procedure and all the staff were very nice.

I had some very similar dental work done previously by a female Dr. and the experience was much more pleasurable. She spoke to me, informed me of what she was doing and was gentle. This last experience was NONE of those things. It was horrible. I have never experience while having dental work done and this I was very anxious during this last experience, and my anxiety only started only after the Dr. started treating me.

I have been there several times now and the service is always consistent. Friendly, warm and efficient from entrance to exit. As you know the dental experience can be an unpleasant one and everyone there does their best to make it a good experience. And I couldn't be happier with my results.

All the people at Access are very, very nice. Dr. Portilla is wonderful.
There seems to be a disconnect between office personnel and having accurate information on patients and their next dental needs.

The manager, Lydia, and the rest of the front office staff at Access Dental in Merced are always extraordinarily helpful and professional, and they treat me like an old friend -- I love them! And Dr. Laparra, Jensen, and all the other clinical staff are fantastic as well. I feel very well taken care of by all of the Merced staff at Access Dental. I have the utmost confidence in their expertise and treatment. I know they do what's best for my health, and not just what makes money for the company. Thank you, Merced Access Dental!

I was extremely pleased. Every member of the staff was friendly and efficient. A plan of care was mapped out for me and explained and the care I have received so far has been excellent. It is such a pleasure to be able to get everything done in one place!
