My experiences in the past have been better. The girl didn't do a great job straightening my hair and a confusion in the cost caused it to cost me moe than before. Probably will look for a regular somewhere else to straighten my hair.

I was told when I checked and there was a girl who could do my hair it would take 45 minutes. I was brought back to a chair and sat for 20 minutes while the girl fiddled. She was making comments about how she looked and how she needed to do her her make up and she smells like cigarettes when she touched my hair.. I thing explain to her again I only had an hour to get my haircut due to a doctors appointment at that time her director came over and assess the situation and told me that it probably would be best for me to come back at a later time. The later time was not convenient to me so I was unable to come back to get my haircut. I was a walk-in I will be back but I will be sure to make an appointment next

When I was placing my appt online...I had requested a "Master" student. I did not get that...However, the student that I did have was very good! She listened to me during our consultation, her instructors were readily available to her at each check point. Her product knowledge was superb! Her skills were good and confident. Her name is Brittany and I would come back to her. This was my first time and I will be back. In fact, I have a mani/pedi scheduled for next week.

We asked for a master tech and paid more so that we could have an experienced stylist. This was a childs haircut not real complicated. When I took a look at the cut there were several stragglers, ends that were not cut evenly with the rest of her hair I asked her to fix them. They blew it out so it curved smoothely at the bottom. After washing and seeing the cut without the blowdry it is definitely not what I'd call a master cut! Blowing it out hides a lot of imperfections, wish they had consulted me after cutting b4 blowing it out.

The stylist Eloinia did a fantastic job with my haircut. She was very thorough and consulted with floor instructed to make certain my hair was cut and styled in the best way possible with great attention to detail.
