They replaced struts in my 13-year old SAAB 9-3. After the work, there were some noises in the steering and I brought the car back. They found corrosion that wasn't letting the new struts sit right. They fixed the problem and charged me a minimal amount for the additional parts they needed. No labor charges. You have to appreciate when people go the extra mile to stand by their work.

I bought a gift certificate that expires. I will most likely not purchase another gift certificate from Robert Andrews because gift cards and gift certificates that charge for the purchase and also expire are not a good value to your customer. There is plenty of competition in the beauty/spa market, such that I will find another gift card that does not expire and does not charge a fee.
