Excellent staff and service. Went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. We were able to get service on 3 of our vehicles in a very convenient manner - dropped one car off for service, picked it up the next day and dropped a second car off for service, then picked that car up and left the third car for service. All work done professionally and very reasonably priced.

Very polite and informative. Car was done fast although I'm not real happy that my car was done for several days and Wayne said he called but he didn't. I was never on vacation, I'm laid off and check my messages regularly. But problem was repaired and would still go back without hesitation. Better communication next time will necessary for complete satisfaction.

Frank, Wayne and everyone at Mobile Service do a great job! When I have a problem with my car, I know Frank will give me an honest assessment of the problem with an economical estimate to fix it! Tough to find honesty and integrity in auto repair in today's world, but Mobile Service has it!

My experience at Mobile Service & Repair Co. in Wadsworth, Oh was phenomena! I needed to get my vehicle in as soon as possible being a college student and MS&R Co. was able to get my car in two days later! They even offered to work on my car a day early if i left my car and keys at their shop. The diagnostic I had done was efficiently and they gave me an estimate and complete report that I could easily understand. They gave a temporary repair on my engine and gave me great advice on what repairs need done. They were friendly and very helpful and I plan on returning to MS&R Co. for any of my car needs! I highly recommend this auto shop!
