I went in for a full body check. I was shown into an exam room where there were 2 woman preparing for a procedure. The nurse took my history and instructed me to undress. I waited for the two women to leave. I was given a paper vest and something to cover my lap. As I started to undress, someone else came walking in without even knocking first. I was not at all comfortable with this. I waited for her to leave. I then finished undressing and another woman walked in, again without knocking, and started preparing for a procedure in a different room. When the nurse practitioner came in, she at least knocked! She was wonderful. I really liked her and felt she was very thorough. I did express that I wasn't happy about the constant stream of people coming into the room. She explained that this was the room that they used to prepare for procedures. Seems to me it shouldn't be an exam room if it is needed for procedures.
