The dentist tht I saw was great. She was skilled at what she did. She explained what she was going to do before doing it. There were no sales promotions being done or pressure tactics to undergo procedures that were not necessary. The dental assistant was great as well.

The whole lot of the staff I dealt with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The hygienist was very patient and amazing to deal with.
All in all a very good experience for not having been to the dentist in several years.

I had a good experience with the pain management.
Enjoyed the people working on me.
I do not know why there has to be extra charges over what the entitlement alotted amount is??? not happy about that.
Not wanted to make a referral because of this.

Brenda, Sorry you are un happy about having to pay a portion for your dental treatment. We have the same fees for everyone in our office. Unfortunately policies and pay schedules are set up by the employer and or insurance company and we have no control over what they agree to pay based on your policy. I've honestly never felt so comfortable in a doctors office. Usually I am embarrassed about the condition my mouth is in but this doctor was able to make me feel VERY comfortable. Already have recommended this office to other friends

Excellent Service. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to wait only a few minutes upon arriving before brought in by the hygienist. I had very little discomfort during cleaning. The Hygienist explained what she was going to do prior to beginning the procedure and results following. Also gave me great suggestions on what I can do to improve the condition of my teeth even more.
