I first went to Chuck and his crew because I had electrical issues (nothing involving safety) with my van. The original dealership never solved the problem and the next dealer couldn't as well. Immediately after inspecting my van, he asked if I had installed an after market alarm on the car. I said no. Then as I thought about it, the dealership had an additional alarm that they "removed" when I purchased the vehicle. It turned out that the mechanic who removed the alarm didn't remove the wiring but just tucked it into the steering column. Thise wires were shorting out my stereo and air conditioning. So after several dealer mechanics ran diagnostics and replaced fuses, Chuck fixed my vehicle and earned a loyal customer. Thanks for thanking care of our vehicles!

My experience at Family Auto care was a very positive one. I brought the car in and right off the bat Casandra was there to greeting me in a very friendly manner. I explained to her what was going on with the car and some of my circumstances. I asked her for a ride home and it was no problem. As she explained they called me in a couple of hours with the diagnosis and even gave me a little break on the price. When I picked up the vehicle I was shown the old part (power steering rack) and was explained to me what happened. I am definitely coming back to Family Auto Care and highly recommend them to everyone. The work I had done would have cost me thousands at any Dealership. They are honest and hard working people who, is very evident, that care about their quality of work and the customers they serve. A rare occurance, especially in the automotive repair field, these days. My hat's off to them and a big thank you! God Bless....
