I appreciate how patient and understanding everyone is with Hugo

I'm afraid that it is getting to the point where my wife and I will be unable to continue as patients at Brea Family Dental Center. This is due to the current range of charges and fees that are very much above and beyond our capability to manage. At the last visit for a dental cleaning and check out of my partial dentures the bill was $196. Additionally, in order to fix the lining in one of my partials the bill was for an astounding $400 which I canceled. That would have meant $600 in two days of visits. We have been long time patients, since before Dr. Chen took over the practice and would very much like to continue but will probably be unable to do so because of the rather sharp rise in fees and charges.

Like always, my appointment went great!!! The entire staff at Brea Family Dental is always very friendly yet professional! They're very informative on the dental work that I need, but I never feel pressured to resolve it in that instant like I've experienced at other dental offices. I never feel rushed!!! They take they're time but don't take all day!!! Keep up the excellent work Brea Family Dental!!!!

Another great visit with Dr. Chen. He is always so personable and caring and his staff is friendly and efficient. I couldn't imagine going to another dentist!

From the moment you walk in the office, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The Dentist takes his time to get to know you and to address any concerns you may have. Great experience. Will definitely go back.
