I was having a problem with my lenses in my new glasses. i met with the office mgr/optician and she spent time with me and listened to all my concerns. i am waiting for my new lenses to be made. satisfied with the staff, just wish the outside lab that my insurance requires they use was more efficient!
I thought the eye exam was very good,with new equipment.They have a good selection of glasses.However I thought $900.00 was a lot of money for an eye exam and glasses.
It was painless, and the equipment was all the newfangled stuff that you would expect an optometrist to have. His explanations were also very clear and in-depth.
We love Dr. Miller. He is so great with kids and makes it fun to visit. Our daughter is always happy to go get her eye exams here.

Administrative staff, doctor and technician very helpful and took the time to go over all the procedures.
Went to their new location in Gahanna, really spacious and nice decor. The staff are very customer oriented. My daughter's Lifestyle Exam was complete in 30 minutes. The technology is cutting-edge.

Great experience. But wondering what my lenses will be made of - do not want just plastic - scratches so easily - was never asked, never discussed. Guess I will find out when I pick them up.
