My recent visits were as always five star performances by Motenson Family Dental Jefferson Mall- First I went for my regular cleaning with Angie who always does an awesome job-there was no pain and as always she was friendly and makes the visit enjoyable- Angie noticed an abscess while I was there and scheduled me for an extraction with Dr. Fox.
The extraction was a piece of cake- no pain and Dr Fox had it extracted within 5 minutes or so-I have been to other dentist and sat through extractions in the 1 to 2 HOUR range- I have the utmost confidence in Dr Fox and his staff and would now not go anywhere else!!

My first visit to Mortonsons was a great experience and that's saying a lot from me,because I hate going to the dentist due to bad experiences. They were very kind and courteous as well as professional. I would recommend them to anybody that asks.

I have been a customer of Mortenson's Dental (Jefferson Mall location) for about 2 years now. Each time that I have visited, the staff has been cordial, attentive and knowledgeable. On January 11, 2012 I had an appointment and after waiting less than five minutes, one of the staff members, Kelly called my name. From when I walked through that door and until I left, Kelly made me feel so at ease and comfortable. We talked, she answered my questions, laughed a little, and all and all, it was just like talking to a family member. In one of our conversation, she informed me who would be doing my upcoming procedure. She raved about him; and even went to the extra step to pull him away from what he was doing and come in and introduce himself to me. To my surprise, he, Dr. Fox was just as engaging, informative, and relaxed as Kelly.
I have always been petrified of Dentists since I was about 13 years old due to some negative experiences, then again at the age of 23. Having this fear over the year has led to my own dental detriment. But now, after my experience with Kelly and Dr. Fox, I will not let go on any further. As long as you continue to have staff members such as those I mentioned, I will faithfully continue to monitor my dental health and visit Mortenson's, Jefferson Mall. Thank you!

I felt like a NUMBER and not a patient. I went in for a cleaning and was asked to buy 3 different products. It's like they saw $$$ signs on my forehead.
