Just had a cleaning at Mortenson and can not say enough about how nice EVERYONE is at this office. Dr. Mortenson has a way that makes going to the dentist not seem like such a big deal. My hygienist was wonderful and didn't bust my chops for not flossing (although she did remind me to start flossing again). Easiest dental cleaning ever!

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received when I had my latest appointment. I had my teeth cleaned by Mary Ann. She was very thorough and professional, and I really appreciated that. Everyone at Mortenson Family Dental is very sweet. I never have to wait. They always take me at my appointment time. I couldn't ask for better service.

The front desk, hygienist, and assistant were all very kind and helpful. However, Dr. Thurman was rude.
I recieved a care plan by email that did not include all of the work that needed to be done. I replied to this email and asked Meghan to review my file and have not received a reply yet.
