not at all pleased seemed it was all about money with these people. I have since took my records and moved on. they charged me for services and told me the INS wouldnt cover it, i asked are you sure , becuase they told me it was. They assured me it was not, then found out 2 weeks later they got paid by me and INS, took me more then 2.5 months to get monoey back....disgraceful...

Having had horrible dental experiences in my life there are not enough positive things to say about Mortenson. They are willing to help you through any phobia and are very understanding. As long as I live in Louisville this is where any dental work goes on me and my family. Thank you

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT , WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED , THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T APPRECIATE WAS BEING ASK FOR MY PAYMENT WHILE I WAS IN PAIN TRYING TO GET THE WORK DONE. THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE 2.5 STARS, WISH THEY COULD WAIT TIL AFTER SERVICES ARE DONE, HAD TO GIVE THEM A CHECK SIGNED AND THEM FILL IT IN NOT GOOD AT ALL

Mortensons was wonderful to me especially since I was not a customer. They came me the treatment as if I was a customer. Then that following Monday when they worked me in when I could not stand the pain no more. That was true customer service. Since my dentist has retired, I think it is time for a change. So I will now be a patient of Mortensons. Again thanks to all who helped that Monday.
