The last of my 11 fillings were filled yesterday, and I've never had a more painless appointment. Not only did the shot NOT hurt (and dang it, if I just don't hate needles more than anything!!!), but then the Novocaine wore off in about an hour, and I was good to go for the rest of the day.
Plus, a little kudos for the front office. There is a new woman there, who took the time to introduce herself and SHAKE MY HAND! A doc's front office is his MOST IMPORTANT asset, and this office is teeming with great women in the front.

Was nervous about this appointment as my mouth was very sensitive due to my temporary cap having broke 2 days prior. I was scheduled for a cleaning and permanent cap fitting. The appointment went well. No shots were needed and it was relatively a pain free visit. My only question/concern was on billing, I wish I would have asked for an itemized bill, was given the standard receipt for using my debit card.

A great dentist office. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dentist was gentle and thorough. I especially liked being able to listen to music on headphones during the cleaning!
