Auto Works Diagnostic & Repair Center is a family run business founded in 1993 by its owner Wayne Watson. Auto Works moved to the community of Woodbury in 1999. Wayne's passion for vehicles started at an early age and has continued through the years. He attended Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Minneapolis where he achieved and still maintains an ASE Master Technician Certification. We specialize in preventive vehicle maintenance "Preventing a problem before a problem occurs" he says. As "the place your neighbors trust" based on results of a client survey in which Auto Works was applauded for its trustworthy mechanics our trained ASE certified technicians work on all makes and models of vehicles. Our high standard of service is achieved by "Quality people doing a quality job at customer care".

Had tires rotated here in November and they are telling me now they need to be rotated already. My brother is the sales manager at a Goodyear store and he said that is ridiculous.

Simple oil change was conducted in a timely manner at a fair price (Discount Coupon of $19.95). Appreciated other inspections and recommendations and we will follow up because we have trust in their work and recommendations. Front desk (Rosemary) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Professionalism is apparent and why we keep going back. Thanks again to a great team!

Oil Change

Dropped off my car for oil change at 7:30 am
Received a call at 10:36 and the person left a message to call back
Called back at 11 and was told my car was ready. Arranged for a ride and reached AW at 11:35 to pick up my car.
Car was in the shop still being worked at.
Waited 15-20 minutes.
Its not a big deal but I was surprised that if I had reached Autoworks at time of first call, what would have happened.

Thanks for your feed back we really appreciate it. We suggest a tire rotation every 6,000 miles which is about the miles you have driven. It was noted on the last visit that the front tires have 6/32 and the rear tires have 7/32. Would be best to put the tires with 7/32 on the front. Hope this helps!
