They called me numerous times to reschedule my appointment and I had celebrated the new Year in The Dominican Republic...... I flew in late Tuesday night had to work Wed.. My appt was originally set for thurs at 11.00 so I called them while I was driving to work on Wed morning to reschedule and they set it for 4:30 the same day....
