Rude dentist followed by bill for "consultation"!

I provided a review right after my appointment and it was removed. I made an appt for a crown lengthening. The front desk person assured me that they would perform the procedure so my regular dentist could handle the rest of the work. I arrived for the appt, filled out all their forms, and waited over an hour. Finally someone came to get me and told me that they had not known I was there!
I explained what needed to be done to the dental assistant and she thought it was straight forward. However when the dentist came in, he started grilling me on the basics of dentistry and told me that he would not do the procedure w/out being allowed to do the crown as well. Since I had already paid my dentist for that, it was impossible. He asked me to leave and then sent me a bill for $110 for a "consultation". The office staff would not/could not explain what the consultation was for.

Excellent dental care

Dr. Warshanna did a baby root canal for my 5 yr old and he was wonderful. Tiffany assisted him and she was excellent also. They were careful and very friendly and considerate the entire time. I will definitely return to Angel Dental Care.

What a wonderful visit with my four year old. Who needed four fillings and laughing gas. The staff and dr. Warshanna were wonderful and very caring and understanding to my stress as a mother. My daughter did an excellent job and I will bring my children back in the future. Thank you very much Ellen and dr. Warshanna.
