The quality of service, technological advances, no pain dentistry is excellent. I have no complaints. The work is always top notch and I have total trust in the dentist and hygienists. The only negative aspect I found is that sometimes I feel like I'm being "sold" or "pushed" into cosmetic type procedures. Yes, I see/agree that it would be very beneficial to my oral health to get these procedures done but even with financing, I can't afford those services given my other financial obligations in life. I have a difficult time with paying for the necessary dental work (i.e. fillings & crowns)that is not covered by my insurance.

We are so pleased that you appreciate the quality service that we provide. It is very important that you have trust in the dentist and hygienist. It is our responsibility to provide you with all of your treatment options and it is completely up to you how to proceed, even if your choice is to do nothing. It is not our intention to push you into anything and we apologize if the presentation of dental options left you with that feeling. We know that insurance hardly helps and that finances can be a concern. We are here to help in any way that we can.

I was greeted warmly 5 minutes before the appt by the front desk secretary.
Yvonne started on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning and examining my teeth. She was very informative as to my dental needs. She is the best hygienist/periodontal specialist.
DR Carter Reeves then did a comprehensive exam and thoroughly explained my dental problems and possible fixes. He did a very good job also.
Mrs Baker then did a very thorough and efficient job with the payment and insurance claim and appointment process.
I used my coupon and bought the Closys oral rinse Yvonne recommended.

Dr Carter was outstanding, always talking to me about what is going on, how he is repairing it, etc. Pleased he was able to do a restoration instead of a crown. Good follow up call on the night the Hokies played.
