I had canceled an appointment about 3 years ago and then did not make another.
It was good to be back. The vacuum (suction) system was not working. According to Dr. Greer it had been installed for 12 years and this was the first time there had been any problem. The dental technician made do with the scrapers and cups of water and a cup to spit in. She stilled used the high pressure water cleaner and it worked fine. All in all it worked well.

The cleaning was excellent. My gums were sore aftwerward, but I hadn't been for a cleaning in 11 months.

I came in Sept.'11 w/a toothache. Also talked about my TMJ. The toothache was overlooked. Came back in Mar. '12 & saw Dr. Greer. He told me I needed a root canal & crown & was quoted almost $2,000. Went back in pain & saw Dr. Summers & said the same. He seemed inexperienced. Saw Dr. Powell & he removed old filling, bonded the crack in my tooth & refilled it. The pain continued. Spoke w/Debbie @ front desk. She compassionately took this matter to the mgr. & reschd'd me with Dr. Ayers. He FIXED it at the fraction of the cost I was orig. quoted. I still have a little pain but not nearly like I did. Debbie & Dr. Ayers were awesome!!
