I had been procrastinating basic maintenance other than the 3K services. I figured it was time to address it before the wheels fell off or the engine died. The guys provided an estimate (which seemed a bit high, but I had nothing to compare it with.) They wanted to review it with me and suggested they keep it overnight stored inside. Then they offered an overnight free rental. Well, that kind of service made it difficult to check out someone else. So the next am, we discussed the work. We looked at a few things that could be delayed and they offered that if certain repairs were not needed, they would not do them. Car was available when committed.

AAA towed my car from work to Hoesly's after it did not start. I called and Bill assured me that Don would be there the next day (a Saturday) and my car would be taken care of. What a relief! As always, Don kept me informed and made sure I had my little Honda back by mid Saturday afternoon.
