I have had nothing but outstanding care from the dentist, as well service from the front office staff. I could not ask for a better experience in such a nice clean professional enviorment. I am terrified of the dentist due to horrible childhood experiences. The team here has been sensitive to that and has worked with me to begin to take care of all my dental needs that have been neglected for years due to my fears. I cannot thank or express my appreciation enough to this outstanding establishment for finally getting me on track with my dental needs.

I think Karen at the front desk could seem a bit more happy. She's not very personable. I've been in twice already and haven't got a smile or a hello out of her unless I say it first. She seems to be more interested in collecting my money, and scheduling my appt. Then care about the patients. Seem like shes not happy at her job.
It was a very long visit--about 3 hours! Then, I still had to visit an endodontist to complete the work that Creekside Dental was not able finish. The new assistant/technicians did not know where various supplies were housed. The other assistant also took the impression on the WRONG side of my mouth. After the 5 minutes, and it was removed, I had to let them know that the crown was going to be for the opposite side. I also had to call them to inquire about the delivery of my new crown and then waiting an extra week before getting an appointment to get my tooth completed with a new crown. I have been in pain now for 4 weeks! Unacceptable on too many counts.
