I was displeased with the service because i was quoted $29.99 for an oil change and when i went to pick my vehicle up it was actually $38.00. I was told that work needed to be done on my vehicle, I will go someplace else to get this work done where the price that I am quoted will be the price I will pay.

THE PRICE YOU WERE QUOTED WAS $29.95 FOR AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE PLUS TAX AND DISPOSAL FEE. THIS MADE YOUR OUT THE DOOR TOTAL $36.25. IF YOU HAD SAID THAT YOU WANTED TO KNOW THE EXACT COST YOU WOULD PAY WHEN YOU PICKED UP YOUR CAR WE COULD HAVE FIGURED UP YOUR OUT THE DOOR COST FOR YOU. SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION AND YOUR DISPLEASURE WITH THE COST OF YOUR OIL CHANGE BUT WE ARE A VERY HONEST, REPUTABLE AND HIGH QUALITY SHOP THAT STANDS BEHIND ALL OF OUR REPAIRS WITH A 2 YEAR 24,000 MILE WARRANTY ON ALL PARTS AND LABOR. THAT IS TWICE AS LONG OF A WARRANTY THAN IS PROVIDED MOST SHOPS, INCLUDING THE DEALER WHICH ONLY PROVIDES A 12 MONTH 12,000 MILE WARRANTY. WE'D LOVE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS. IF YOU DECISDE TO LET US HANDLE YOUR VARIOUS REPAIR NEEDS I'D GLADLY GIVE YOU A $36.25 DISCOUNT OFF OF THE REPAIRS WE RECOMMENDED. THIS WAY IT'S LIKE YOUR OIL CHANGE WAS FREE. AGAIN MY APOLOGIES FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING!
