I have been going to retreat salon for five years,and I thought that Rosie did a great job, until I had the aveda straighting procedure done! And it came out awful!!!!! And she tried to blame me for touching my hair while she was doing the procedure, I never did!!! I will never go back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rosie listened to what I wanted and somehow magically put together the reality of what I was trying to articulate...even better than I imagined.
