It was wonderful that Eric and the Mechanics did a great job. I felt the difference in my brakes the minute I left. I will be going back for my 60,000 miles check up. They are honest and up front.
I thought I was treated quite well, and the work seemed excellent. My only complaint is that I was told "It will be $467.15.," but the bill was "$501.67." Apparently, it really wasn't "It will be." If you are giving me an estimate, say so. Don't try to make me think I'm getting a firm price.
Had a tire patched in a timely and professional manner by Eric. A couple of months ago had a brake overhaul and my steering column lubricated as well.
