My experiences at Embassy have always been good. They understand my dental phobias from the past and try to make me as comfortable as possible.
I've been a big fan of Toya for quite some time and I also enjoyed meeting Dr Hunter. I have no issue with the care I've received as a patient for many years. What I do have a problem with is the billing. The estimated amount I'm asked to pay up front has never been correct. Because I use my FSA this causes me unneccessary trips to straighten out my credit balance and get the correct paperwork to submit to my FSA.
It's never "fun" to go to the dentist. Still, it's necessary. I appreiate the quality of care given. II so apreciate Lotoya and Dr. Hunter.

i was very pleased with my recent visit for a filling on wed jan ll.
I usually have spiked BP at the doctor and dentist, but I can relax here. All the staff make me feel right at home and nothing to fear. I can express my feelings and say what I need, no matter what, and it is always honored. Had a crown replaced and my BP stayed at my normal low figures.
