I came in for a routine check up and Dr. Griffin recommended that I have an old filling redone due to the age of the original filling. I came back a week or so later and had the filling done. My face swelled up the afternoon of the filling was done and it hurt so bad. The next day, the inside of my mouth was covered with sores. The injection sites and along the gums was real painful. I had to stay on Motrin around the clock for almost 2 weeks. I am afraid to go back. The tooth didn't hurt before I had any work done. Almost two hundred dollars later and it is worst than it was. There is a space where food is always getting stuck on the new filling but I am afraid to go back. I appreciate the help that I received when I called 3 days later not able to talk because of the pain and swelling. Though the wash she prescribed helped some but not enough and it only lasted for a few seconds.

She called in Antibiotics for me & got me right in to see her. While I was there for my exam, she did a root canal...right then. She has been really good to me and my family. We will not consider going to another dentist.

Before making my appointment I asked if the Dental Spa charged a new patient fee and was told no. So I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. On the day of my appointment, x-rays were taken and my teeth were looked at but I never got my teeth cleaned. When I checked out I was told my bill was $190. I asked to see an itemized statement of the charges. I was told I would receieve the charges after my card was ran. So They ran my card and sure enough once I received the statement of charges was charged a new patient fee. I came in for a cleaning, not sure what the deal was. I am very upset. If they were not going to clean a new patients teeth this all could have been explained when I was making the appointment.
