Merissa is always so sweet and efficient. The car was taken right on time for its oil change, and finished in good time. There are never any problems, and we really do like dealing with Eugene and his staff.
Everyone is very friendly and polite, especially Merissa (hope I'm spelling her name correctly). The oil change was completed on time, and we really appreciated the $15 coupon that we could apply toward this work. We'll be bringing in our new Corolla next Friday!
