During my cleaning a filling that I had done at your office back in January 2010 was chipped off my lower front tooth by the hygienist. I had to make an appointment to come back in 6 wks (which was the first appointment available b/c I work M-F 8-5pm)to have it fixed and pay out of pocket for it. I was told that if it were to bother me in the mean time I could call and get an emergency visit, which there again would be another extra fee. I understand that this is considered an accident but because this happened I feel I should have been offered to have my tooth fixed free of charge. I have been going to your office for regular visits since 2007 and this was my first "bad" experience.

Saw Dr.Hines for a broken molar extraction and he was great! Very gentle and quick!! Surely would recommend him!

As always, my experience was wonderful. I was taken back almost immediately, was greeted with friendly smiles, and treated with care and patience.
