The only thing that was annoying during my last visit was the really loud conversation coming from the next room. Sometimes staff and patients talk as if they weren't in a professional setting, but the service I received was professional.

The best dentist office hands down I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They are very careful to explain everything that is going on, including payment/insurance information. I appreciate that more than I can say, especially when dealing with insurance. They double check every fee with the insurance company before anything is done.
