inferior crown work

i had a crown installed by brent and the temporary crown he put on fell off while we waited for the final crown to be made...after brent installed the permanent crown and i rinsed my mouth out from all the work done with tap water i felt a very sharp pain in the tooth...i told him about it and he said that pain will go away....well it did not go away and now i have to drink any cold liquid on one side of my mouth so i won't get this very annoying pain shooting up to my brain...i have had other crowns previous to his work without any pain...so it is obvious he did not follow the correct method of insulating and rebuild my tooth to avoid this pain....he present himslf well but his work is questionable.....i did not get what i paid for ...so he lost me as a customer
