Kim was very thorough and did a good job. The experience was fine.
I've been coming in for a lot of dental work recently (having my fillings removed and replaced) and everyone at Stonegate Dental makes you feel at home. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They have made this experience the best. Usually I'm scared of the dentist, but not anymore.
Thank you for taking care of me :o)

First experience was good one although getting cavaties field is not!! The staff is knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable the entire time.
my appointment was for my quarterly cleaning. and the experience was good. However, when I arrived, I was told it was time for xrays, etc. I am currently underemployed with no insurance. I had to decline the service. Also, you relectantly took my Amercian Express Card. I offered to be billed and write a check when I got home, and was ignored. No response. Really disheartening. Nothing like being an invisable customer! No suggestions were made to support me. I have been a customer with Stonegate for many many years, and while I don't expect free work, some support would be great. Your prices are very high, and as we all know, the price to the customer is much more than what insurance companies pay. I have two crowns that need to be replaced, and my son, Alex, needs his Wisdom teeth out. What are we to do? Time to go to Mexico! LOL
Always receive awesome care by everyone at the practice. They are all very caring and they understand the nervous feelings when being treated for dental needs.
They wanted to drill wholes in my kids teeth for non existant cavities! Luckily we got a 2nd opinion! We didn't even tell the other dentist what Stonegate Dental told us and both of our boys were told they have no cavities for over a year now!
This site states that the doctor is Dr. Lee. I thought it was Dr. Moore that I talked with.
Prior to the last cleaning, I have had excellent service, reminders, care, and advice. I would recommend it to anyone except be very careful who they schedule with for cleaning.
I made the mistake of not re-assuring myself that my Hygienist has reviewed my preferences in my file. They were new to me, and I was basing my trust on previous experience with the office. I left vowing not to return with blood flowing in my mouth, and what felt to me to be insincere apologies only.
The new Hygenist helped me understand one of the new rules in Health care; I'm the only one responsible for a successful visit. I may have to micromanage my care givers, but it is not their fault if I am too lazy to do that.
Shelly, the hygientist, was very nice and thorough! Thank you!
