I'm always pleased when doing business ay Master Tec in Oakhurst. Val is great. She communicates with the customer to keep in customer informed. If they find something other than what originally was planned she will call and explain what they found. She will explain what is needed and how much additional the charge would be. Val NEVER pressures you to have any additional work performed. She will always give you a option and with no pressure.

The repair team hidden in back do a great job. Couldn't ask for more.

Master Tech has been servicing my truck since Dave bought the business. I was having trouble with my diesel 4 X 4. The vehicle wouldn't move after putting it in gear. My concern was the transmission had gone out. Master Tech diagnosed the problem as a bad "Throttle Position Sensor." What in the world is that and what does it do? Although the new part seemed to work, it would not work in freezing weather. Even after a length of time, Dave listened to my complaint and without argument he volunteered to replace the part under warranty, not charging me one penny.

Yes, I'll be taking the truck back to Master Tech.
