My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and after her cleaning they got right to it. She was scared but they made her feel so comfortable that after she actually said she had fun! A big thank you to everyone on staff. Y'all could not have done a better job.

Updating records seemed inefficient

My husband took our two boys, but came home saying "it was kind of a joke upon check-in". There was a laminated card for any record updates, and he got black ink all over both hands, and noticed the girl he handed it to had the same. Our SSN's were asked for, which seems odd. Those don't change, and I would think is kept in the system. Many of the questions, he said, were redundant and should be in the system. Maybe there could be an automated way to fill things out on the web, or maybe on an iPad handed out or something (if you are trying to save paper AND retyping), but it seemed really inefficient and not what one would expect at a modern facility. We really love the service at HCP! All of the girls are great.

Comments from the practice
Please bear with us while we are trying to upgrade to a paperless system. This system has proved very useful and efficient in our other facilities, but we are clearly working out the bugs (and the ink). We are a little worried that iPads would "walk away." Thanks for your feedback- we are always looking for ways to improve! :)

As always, a wonderful experience at your office today. What could have been a very scary procedure for my daughter went incredibly smooth and was not traumatic in the least. I always recommend people to your practice when they are looking for a pediatric dentist.

1st time appointment

We went for a first time appointment for our 4 yr old and 6 yr old. They took X-rays and did a cleaning of their teeth. Then the dentist checked each child and spoke with me. The entire staff was great and my children did great. Totally recommend.
