I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years. I will admit I was a little nervous about going into any dental office. The staff was so inviting and that made me a lot more comfortable. I knew that I needed a lot of work done. And was ready to embark on this long journey of repairing my mouth. The lady that discusses the finances take me step by step so that it wasn't overwhelming and needless to say the long journey that I thought I would be taking only took about three weeks to finish. Came in to get a yearly checkup and teeth cleaning. NOT. After the round of xrays and pictures the accounting person came to explain the cost of cleaning my gums. What was covered by insurance and of couse, "My Part". Oh, they would submit the laser but insurance might not pay for it. After I signed a letter declining the service she said they couldn't do anything for me, (the regular cleanng paid for by insurance), I sat and sat and sat. After 35 minutes I got up and went to the lobby. Later someone came out and wanted to discus the treatment. I declined. My recommendation is don't go there. Very nice office but they just want your money, not to really help you.
I went to Made Ya Smile for a consulation. I was reccommended a full mouth of lumineers. Instead of preserving the integrity of my teeth. After I declined the recommendation they were less than accomodating. The dentist didnt even address me by name. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Luckily I was able to find a better dentist. I ended up only needing to get ONE implant opposed to fixing all my teeth. I will never refer this place to anyone. It's unfortunate since I am a supervisor for a physician referral center for a major healthcare facility in Texas.
I have asked for a copy of my billing statement to determine why there in such a large difference in what i have paid for service and what my insurance says i should pay. I was told it would be mailed to me and wasn't. then while at the offuce this week it couldn't be done because it was being updated? Please just send me my account billing information.
I absolutely love them! My brother and I both went yesterday for exams and cleaning and they were very friendly. They gave us no problems at all which was a plus! At our previous dentist they would make us feel very uncomfortable, but Made Ya Smile made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. ( plus they have water and snacks for the guest before you go to the back)! Mainly I was satisfied with their performance because as I got my teeth cleaned I felt no pain at all and the dentist and her assistant made conversation with me to also make the time go by faster! The office is very nice, and clean. I believe all the staff at the pearland location are wonderful people especially the receptionist! She is awesomeeeeeee! EVERYONE GO VISIT THEM! We didn't get harassing reminder phone calls or anything:) they are Great!!:)
I am rather new to the area and have been searching for a dentist and came across Made Ya Smile. I have 2 boys and the employees were very nice and helpful with my boys needs. I am very excited I came across them and will be going back for all our future needs.
