I had an AMAZING facial with Tanya, who was so knowledgeable and able to address my particular skin concerns. She had a great balance of letting me know what she was doing, and being a very quiet and peaceful presence.
I then had an equally AMAZING massage with Janice. She gave me the shiatsu (hot rocks) treatment, which I have never had before, and it was way better than I ever would have thought to have hot rocks on my spine.
Of course all the Aveda scents are so nice - I am very particular and sensitive to synthetic fragrances. The natural, herbal scents are never intrusive or overwhelming.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to do it again.

The shampoo part was good. My haircut was too short and color was too blonde. I wanted to say something but after being there for 3 hours I had to go. I will not return.

Gail and Mia did my hair and makeup (respectively) for my engagement photos. I was beyond pleased with the results! They each spent over an hour, and I could tell they really paid attention to details. I have received so many compliments on my photos! I'm a very happy customer!
My customized facial with Mia was incredible! It was a total-body experience -- worth every penny. She listened to my needs/concerns, made sure I was completely comfortable, gave me skin care advice afterwards, and helped me relax (mentally and physically).
