Everyone at Palor is wonderfer - but GIOVANNA
rocks my world!!! Not only does she bring a smile to my face with her grace and her charm, but she always has the most rockin' ideas of stylist things to do with my hair. Now, I have short, fine blonde hair, so one wouldn't think there was all that much that could be done to change it up from cut to cut. But where there is a will and a creative mind, there is a way! And GIOVANNA has both.

All the staff at Parlor are excellent, very professional and expertly trained. And are just delightful to work with, so while GIOVANNA is my fav, any of the staff could be yours.

Parlor will quickly become your home away from home. And make sure you stop in for their bang trim - a great customer service that does show how Palor puts customers first!

Autumn Rocks my world

I moved to NYC a year and a half ago... I had to find a new job, new apt, and (OMG) a new stylist too... ugh this was painful as I had been going to the same person for over 8 years... So here I am in East Village and not knowing where to go... Enters Autumn. She was understanding of my concerns to have a new person and we clicked immediately! She is fun and knows her stuff.. She always educates and informs me of what/why she is doing something and is not pushy but rather listens to what I want and tells me a great way to acheive that look... She gives great consultations EVERY TIME! I love her! Can you tell? Go see her immediately! She will ROCK you out!

Autumn knows blondes! Originally from Florida, I'm very picky about my color and no one has been able to make me happy with my highlights. Until Autumn. She has come up with the perfect color for my highlights and is meticulous with the application. I gladly make the trip to Brooklyn and highly recommend Autumn to any blonde! Added bonus -- the salon is adorable, very relaxing atmosphere and everyone there is very friendly.

I've been to both Parlor and Parlor in Brooklyn and loved both experiences. I live in Brooklyn and the new location is very convenient!! Autumn did an amazing job on my highlights and I can't wait to go back! The service was perfect and I love the modern feel of the Brooklyn salon. Thank you Autumn for a wonderful experience :)

i have been having my hair cut by sarah at parlor for years now. the experience is always a good one. of course, the most important thing is the haircut -- that is the thing that one will have to live with, and i do not think sarah has ever given me a cut i did not like. this time, i asked her to do something a little different from my usual, and she easily obliged. but the other thing about parlor is that the whole experience -- from ambience to staff, friendliness, from the lovely space to the lovely smells of the aveda products -- is a pleasure.
