I am so thankful that I found Medispa! I have received the best care and would highly recommend to anyone that needs some tuning up! Debbie is so professional and her knowledge of your skin will amaze you! I seriously had some self esteem issues due to the condition of my skin, Medispa has given me the confidence I once had in my younger years.
I only do a couple of their procedures (V-Beam and dermaplane) but they have so much to offer, I wish I could afford them all!

The May Special that I received by email reads that IF you are a Brilliant Distinctions Member and BUY a 5ml of Latisse that you WILL receive a 5ml Latisse FREE.
However, when I went to the Spa to take advantage of this offer I was told that this was not the case; that it "meant" something different than what was printed in the ad. What it "meant" and what was "presented" were different. I was also told that the ad was incorrect in more than 1 way i.e. should have read 3ml not 5ml for the freebie. I tried to argue my case that they ad was misleading and that it should be honored as written but was turned down. I even inquired as to who wrote the ad and was told that it was from MediSpa. I was not and am not happy with this result. I still feel that it should have been honored as written. You made the mistake, you should have either retracted & corrected it OR honored it. I have been a client of MediSpa for a while and hope to continue as such.
